Unethical site harming small businesses

Site is awful. Middle man between a small business and consumer. Better going straight to the local business. No way to discuss issues or concerns. Verbally dismissive to shop owners and customers. If shops decide for any reason not to ship your items you're out of luck and dinged on your account and it's a large effort to get your money back if you get it back which I did not. It ends up being theft. I feel bad for the small businesses. Paying for items you don't receive. Stay away from the hassle and go shop locally without the middle man. In a world of online shopping as the main way to shop these days- you're better off shopping directly on the boutiques website and NOT through this app.

Great POS company

Upon opening my storefront in Nov 2020 I researched to find a POS company that I felt comfortable with after an unsuccessful attempt with Shopify online prior to the store opening. I made the decision to go with Shoptiques mainly because of the ability to speak with a real person when I have POS issues. As someone who has been in retail for 33 years at corporate senior management leadership; I understand how imperative it is to have a POS company you trust.
I have been very pleased with the performance of Shoptiques. There are three employees specifically that I feel go above and beyond to ensure the customer experience is flawless Elliot, Avery and Lindsay have been wonderful to work with.
In my short time with this company I have already seen growth with the leadership, and hardware additions that aide business for the better. I consistently recommend Shoptiques to numerous small business retailers! I appreciate a company that values their clients and this is what Shoptiques does!!

They actually care and don’t treat you like a number

Their product is great and their team is even better. Their personalized approach to helping boutiques grow is why any boutique should pick them over a larger company that will treat you like a number. Shoptiques actually cares.

Fees on website are incorrect/ Shop directly from Boutiques if you can

Took 10 days (FedEx) to get my shirt. Could not get tracking info. Website says "$6 Flat rate shipping", but charged me $8. I emailed customer service, which was overseas, and got no answer. They just told me it was on it way but never told me why the website has one price, but they charged me another. They also charge a $1.50 convenience fee. So basically $9.50 for shipping two states away. Shirt came rolled up in a ball. Wrinkles galore. I should have called around local boutiques to find this brand (and supported local) or done more research because Amazon sells this brand! I don't usually shop from sites I have never heard of but found a shirt in a small shop and when they didn't have my size, I took a screen shot of it and found it through Shoptiques. Should have googled a little more. Lesson learned. I am just now learning how they operate. I would have ordered directly from the boutique where it was shipped from if I would have found them earlier.

Great purchase

So it took a while due to Covid but I got my Nobis coat finally.
Thanks to the team! I will buy again.I'd ordered a very expensive coat from the brand Nobis Shelby parka 6 days ago and it is still not shipped nor do I get a tracking number. They say it's with their long time partner SCHWARTZ FINE FASHIONS, a Canadian store. After numerous emails I decided to call them and after some attempts I was promised they would contact SFF to see why it's not being shipped yet. And they would thereupon sent me the tracking number via email and which I used to contact them with numerous times.
I am still waiting for that email with tracking number.
I still have a little bit of hope but it's not a smooth online shopping experience and I shop a lot everywhere.
Let's see what happens and I will follow up with another post on how it ended and whether my expensive coat got delivered in due time or not at all.

Don't order from this site

Can't believe I have to give 1 star. I ordered some items back in June, finally got it Sept 30, I tried clothes on and contacted them to be returned. Clothes are shoddily made, not anything like what I ordered and the sizes are way off, my wife and I both went up 1 size when we ordered and probably should have gone up 2 sizes and they probably still wouldn't have fit. Haven't been able to get an address to return these too yet, they offer me a 5 dollar gift card and refuse to give me the address to return the crap to because they say the shipping will be too high. The return policy was contact them within 15 days for a full refund, pay the shipping back and they will credit that back to you. Well here it is 3 weeks later and I still can't get the address and they upped the offer today to 6 dollars... lets see the clothes cost 138... don't think I will accept 6 dollars.

False expectations and a great way to loose money!:)

Quite literally the WORST BUSINESS DECISION OF MY LIFE PEOPLE. Before signing this company said I would receive a feature me on the site, features as a new vendor, that I would have absolutely no problem selling my stuff, that there were no outside payment processing fees, and more. HOWEVER, not one thing they said held up. Now, a year later I have lost a total of $3000 thanks to signing up as a vendor on Shoptiques... and during the COVID pandemic to top it all off.

So, the take-away: If you are looking for false expectations and a great way to loose money for the trade off of 1 sale per year... you have come to the right place ma friend:)

DON'T DO IT! THEY stole from me $1000 USD and no benefits, I have been with the platform for over 3 years an only 1 SALE. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

One stop fashion boutique!

Shoptique is a wonderful one stop shop for all your fashion needs. The items you find there are unique and very stylish. It's nice that you don't have to get on a plane to shop for basic fashion items.

The customer service team are super helpful and very friendly, especially when I had a few mix ups with my orders. They were ready to help and answer any questions I might have.

If you're looking for a place to stock up on all your fashion needs, look no further than Shoptique - you'll be happy you did.

No. Not at all. I ordered a size small and was sent a size medium and I'm up to eight emails to try to correct it. Stay away.
